POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Please be aware that postage will be added at the checkout. I have tried to work out this as near as possible the actual cost of postage. The total cost is worked out by weight.
10 bulbs of normal size eg. Corydalis, narcissus, Frits weigh about 250g and cost will approx be £1.50(UK) £3.50(EU). Large bulbs such as Erythronium, Cardiocrinium will be heavier
Parcels over 2 kg will be split, it is cheaper to send multiple parcels of 2kg than 1 large parcel.
All the bulbs are sent out between 1st and 15th August. Please contact me if your bulbs haven't been recieved after that date. Packages might be split if some bulbs are ready before others.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
From 2008 we will only be sending to E.U. countries..
For foreign payments please use paypal or creditcard as a payment method. Please contact me if you would like to use any other method.
Please list some subsitutes in case some items are out of stock.
PAYMENT
UK customers can order online or mail in a cheque , cheques are not cashed until the order is sent out. Creditcards are debited at time of ordering. Online tror creditcard details after orderingansactions are processed by a secure gateway and will appear on your bill as PITCAIRNALP
PRIVACY
We will never disclose or sell on any personal details or email addresses to anyone. We will only use your telephone number and email for queries or conformation. Creditcard details are not stored electronically by us and paper details are disposed of safely. Online transactions are processed by a secure gateway and will appear on your bill as PITCAIRNALP Paper catalogues are sent out to all customers who have previously ordered from us, if you don't want a paper catalogue please email or write to us.
REFUNDS
Occasionally some bulbs do not behave as expected and are not suitable for selling when we harvest them. We will subsitute if you tell us, charge back your card or give a cash refund.
If you are not happy with some or all of the plants please tell us within 7 days of their arrival and return them by 2nd class post at once. You can choose replacment plants or a refund. All the bulbs are grown by us and as far as we know correctly named sometimes mistakes are made however so please let us know if when flowering the plants are wrongly named and we will endevor to correct the problem.
Please note that under the provisions of the consumer protection act you have 7 days to exercise your right to cancel your order.. Replacements / refunds will only be made on receipt of the returned goods. The placing of an order indicates acceptance of these conditions.
