Online orders over £100 receive 10% discount

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Please be aware that postage will be added at the checkout. I have tried to work out this as near as possible to the actual cost of postage. This is based on the weight of the bulbs.
UK     Due to the recent changes to the charges imposed by the post office the charge will be:
         up to 1kg = £4(most small/medium bulb orders.) sent by Royal Mail
         1- 2kg = £7.5 (larger orders) sent by Royal Mail
         over 2 kg = £10 (sent by Courier)
 

EU  up to 0.5kg = £6
           0.5-1kg = £9
           1 - 1.5kg = £ 12
 over 1.5kg = from £18 

The bulbs are sent out between 1st and 15th August. Please contact me if your bulbs haven't been received after this date. Packages will be split if some bulbs are ready before others.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
We only ship to E.U. countries..

For foreign payments please use paypal, creditcard or bank transfer as a payment method. Please contact me if you would like to use any other method.

Please list some substitutes  in case some items are out of stock.

PAYMENT
UK customers can order online and send a cheque by mail , cheques are not cashed until the order Has been sent.  Creditcards are debited at time of ordering. Online transactions are processed by paypal and will appear on your bill as PITCAIRNALP or Worldpay and will appear as thepitcairna 

PRIVACY
We will never disclose or sell on any personal details or email addresses to anyone. We will only use your telephone number and email for queries or conformation. Creditcard details are not stored electronically by us .  Online transactions are processed by a secure gateway and will appear on your bill as PITCAIRNALP 


REFUNDS
Occasionally some bulbs do not behave as expected and are not suitable for selling when we harvest them. We will subsitute if you tell us, charge back your card or give a cash refund.

All the bulbs are grown by us and as far as we know correctly named, sometimes mistakes are made however so please let us know if when flowering the plants are wrongly named and we will endeavour to correct the problem. 

In accordance to EU law customers have 14 days from the date they have received the goods to inform us that they wish to return the goods, and then an additional 14 days from when they have informed us until the goods needs to be sent back. Full refund will be given

DATA PROTECTION

Pitcairn Alpines are committed to protecting and safeguarding your personal data.

We only hold details of the name, contact details and type of business as supplied by you when you either registered online, placed an order over the phone or requested a brochure from Pitcairn Alpines. We use this information to keep you updated on our product offering, update you on your order or to contact you regarding any orders you have placed with us.

We will share some of this information with our 3rd party carriers to allow them to deliver to you in an accurate and timely matter and also provide you with the ability to track your orders with them, this information will not be used by the carriers for marketing purposes.

We try to ensure that we keep our information updated and are happy to provide advice if you would like to change your subscription preferences.

If, in the future, you decide that you wish to be removed from our mailing list it is easy to unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email campaign we send out.
